for a young couple with a 7 month old child. Consider the way the house is decorated and furnished, since we want to buy a furnished house, the land, EVERYTHING! What do you think is best? Disregard price too

How many children you're having and how much company you'll be entertaining can have an impact  on your choice. My needs would prompt me to go with Kilkea.
