Kingston 8GB Pen drive

Question

Systen detects it and it explore with a single file "emd1E2A.tmp".it is not being deleted,no copy paste,and i m not able to FORMAT it.Window intrupt the Format with a message"window cannot complete the FORMAT"One more problem ;after plugin the Pen drive window give a message in the tastbar popup "Write delay failed !".So plz help !Thanks.
