1. If given too much, it can cause them to have stomach issues and runs. An alternate treat to milk is cream or sour cream. Kittens love both and they are easier on their little digestive tracks. Milk is ok in very very small doses.

  2. Its very bad to give your kitten milk. The only milk that is good for them is right from there mom. Only give your kitten water from now on. Your kitten will be fine you just need to stop giving it to it. Hope this helps!

  3. Milk Intolerance, in spite of the customary image of a cat with its face in a dish of cream, cats must acquire a taste for dairy products. Although some cats obviously enjoy cow's milk, many cats do not. It's important to remember that cow's milk differs from the milk kittens get from their nursing mother. Cat's milk contains almost three times as much protein as cow's milk. Orphan kittens fed only cow's milk will not survive because they are not getting sufficient protein in their diet. If you find yourself in the position of surrogate cat-mom, make sure you feed the little ones a nutritionally adequate diet. Consult your veterinarian or feed the kittens one of the commercial products designed for this purpose. Cow's milk can occasionally be a problem for cats that do enjoy it. Some adult cats cannot effectively digest cow's milk (lactose intolerance), which can result in diarrhea. The diarrhea should stop after you remove milk from your cat's diet. But if the diarrhea persists, lactose intolerance may not be the problem, and you should consult your veterinarian.

Here’s an example of a good alternative… artificial cat milk, great for adult cats and kittens, it can be bought at a pet store: http://www.terrificpets.com/pet_supplies...

  4. It's ok... your kitten will be fine, but truth is cats are lactose intolerant so it's really not good to give them any other milk than what you would buy at a specialty store like petsmart or something, that is similar to their mother's milk. Altho unless your kitten is sick, all it needs is water and a good kitten food! :) And also tuna is bad for kitties too! But a little wet food occasionally is good! :)

  5. the only real threat is getting diarrhea from my knowledge and i've had cats all my life. you should not give your cat any more cows milk but she'll be okay. if you want you can buy kitten milk and give that to her.

  6. It should Be okay :p for real, but dont give it alot all the time. i used to give my cats some all the time. You should be good :)

  7. All your cat will get is an upset tummy for a day. Differnt cats respond differently. Some cats have no problem. You can buy special cat milk for cats and kittens. Your kitty won't die.

  8. It's not good for them but since you only gave it to your kitty once, it should be ok. If you really want to give your cat milk they sell cat milk at petstores that is good for them.

  9. 1. Don't panic. There is no danger to die or anything.

    2. The only problem is that cow's milk gives kittens the runs. But if your kitten seems fine and has no such problems after she had the milk, there is nothing wrong with giving her a little bit if she likes it. Just not too much, because diarrhea in kittens can be very bad. I generally avoid giving them milk altogether just in case.

    3. Milk does not create worms. But kittens have worms anyway. So you need to properly de-worm yours. Go to the vet or buy Milbemax, make sure it is the right pill for his weight and age.

  10. i heard its bad for them.

it'll be ok but just stop doing it.

  11. I heard somewhere that kittens are better with milk. Someone at my dad's dairy feeds some homeless cats&kittens non prosessed milk.

I think if your kitten lives a day without looking sick, that it would live....
