Know nothing about Yahoo! Mobile...?

Ok, I don't even have a cell phone yet, but my husband is talking of bringing me into the 21st century and getting me a cell phone. I talk on Yahoo Messenger all the time, and want to be able to do it on my cell phone. If I get the unlimited texting, would all the Yahoo IMs show up on the phone bill...or would he even be able to tell that I'm on my yahoo name in the first place?

And the people I'm avoiding, would they still see me as offline? Help!

yes they would but u have to buy a cell phone that supposrts that yahoo messenger. and depending on what company u join you wil get the text fee.  i have fido contract i have free unlimited incoming text but it would cost me 14 cents to send a message.
