Knuckleballers?

Are Tim Wakefield and R.A. Dickey the only knuckleballers in MLB?

AJ Burnett with the Blue Jays throws a knuckle-curve.  It is a big pitch for him too.

yes they are. the are the only ones who can throw just the knuckleball (along with their other pitches), but some other pitchers like Mike Mussina can throw the knuckle-curve

Ryan Jensen regularly threw the knuckleball with the Giants, and threw 80% knuckleballs in the minors in 2004, but switched back to conventional stuff in 2005.

Outside of those 3 nobody else throws a non-variant knuckleball

R.A. Dickey isn't in the majors he stunk.  he could have hurt his neck turning to watch all of those balls go

Charlie Zink plays for the AAA affilliate for the Red Sox.  very promising.

i wouldnt call R.A. Dickey a knuckleballer, he throws a knuckle pitch, but isn't something he uses on every pitch. He only adapted it a 2-3 years ago.

Steve Sparks used to pitch a pretty nice knuckler but I am not sure if he is still around today
