Kona, Raleigh or Giant?

Ok so I have decided to purchase a mountain bike and go out riding. I know how to ride a bike but have never actually gotten out onto trails and such. I don't have a bunch of money to spend so I found a few bikes around my price range. My local bike store sells kona, raleigh and giant bikes. The choices are the Raleigh Mojave 5.0/8.0, the Kona Blast, Kona Fire Mountain, and the Giant Yukon. They are all back country hardtails in around the 500-700 dollar mark. This will be my first "Mountain" bike so I don't wanna go out and spend a bunch of money only to not like it or something....nor do I have $2000-4000 to dump into a bike right now. If anyone could give me any answer on what type out of the 3 they prefer or any tips on choosing that would be greatly appreciated.

i personally would go for the kona blast because its a more well known brand and looks like a better bike than the other's but if u can i would go for a norco bike there the best quality and most trusted with your price range i would go for the norco wolverine its a great strong durable bike and it doesn't cost to much to look at more bikes go to this link http://www.norco.com/bikes/mountain/adve...

Go with either the Kona or the Giant. Neither of these two have an advantage over the other, go with the dealer you prefer and enjoy the ride.
