how much would a clutch be and were can i get one for a 89 ktm250

www.motosport.com Just goto add a bike...add your bike, and search. I'm sure you can get one off there. Most likely there universal from newer years.

yikes, you are going to be hard pressed to find a clutch for a KTM that old.  I did a search thru all my old standby sites where I buy parts and none date back before about 1994.

ebay is probably going to be your best (if not only) option.
