LAC7700R bluetooth problem - cant hear voice

i have the LG LAC7700R bluetooth cd player, but the person on the phone when calling cant hear what i'm saying, or if i set it to private its the other way around! its driving me mad!!! i've tried connecting an n95 and a samsung u600, no luck with either!!
