My laptop keeps getting an error "1782--Disk Controller Failure"

How do i fix it?

  1. You Just remove the CMOS battery from system board and boot once after booting shutdown your system and insert the battery back, again start your system and press F1 next time it won't ask you for pressing F1. And you will not get the error controller disk failure.

    You'll need to take apart the laptop.


  2. it has something to do with the harddrive and its related parts u may want to get it checked out at a computer shop.
