LG refrigerator NOISE

Question

there are no error codes. but my french door refrigerator is making noise when it is close. but if i open the doors the noise will go away. if i open the freezer door the noise is still there. the noise can go on for hours and it could shut off anytime it wants. i m thinking its a the bad fan? but not sure. can someone help. thanks

Annoying loud humming noise that goes away when the fridge doors are opened, but not the freezer door. Sometimes it goes off on its own, but doesn't stay off long enough. Help...I am going crazy with this obnoxious noise. Our LG French door bottom freezer has been nothing but trouble since the moment we got it. We are over the 1 yr warranty so now we must pay to have it fixed. I am willing to try to fix this myself to save the money. Any ideas?
