LT Viao hooked up to Plasma?

Ok, Im trying to hook up my Viao to my Plasma tv... I have duel ended A/V cords but IDK if those r what I need... or how... both sets have the S/Video but idk what hooks to them....

If the Vaio and the plasma both have s-video, then buy an s-video cable of appropriate length and plug it in to both. That's just for video-- do you need audio out of your Vaio also?

If so, you'll need a stereo 3.5mm to dual rca cable. Plug the 3.5mm end into the headphone jack of the vaio and the 2 rcas into the audio in of the plasma and you'll get sound.

All that's left is the setup portion of the video on your Vaio. Within the control panel (I think) you need to access the Monitors or Video setup. You can either have the plasma be a mirror image of whatever's on your computer's screen, or you can use the plasma as a completely separate display.
