Labor laws government website ...?

I'm looking for a government sponsored labor law site... a big group of ppl i from a well known company just got laid off... I am looking into what their rights are.. any ideas?

    However, since these people may only have state level claims, you should also Google your State's Department of Labor to get their website.

    In order to have claims against the employer, they would have to be in a protected class, such as all over the age of 40, all minorities, etc.  Getting laid off due to lack of work or something similar it not a cause of action for any lawsuit or governmental claim, though it would entitle them to unemployment.
