Lacrosse Equipment?

Question

I'm going into lacrosse and i have no idea what i need. Well, i do know some of the basic stuff but can you give me a breakdown of everything i would need?

P.S.- I will be in ladies lacrosse.

stick, gloves, helmet, and a ladie's jock.  I think that's about it.... not sure if the lasies wear shoulder pads or not...
