Yes, they are warmer.

If your asking about them then they are good, however they don't really give off enough heat to heat the room so you may want a radiator! That's if that is what your asking!

They are the best. You can even dry other items on the warmer as well.

I have just installed one so haven't yet needed it warm, but I'm assured that the heat output of the old radiator is broadly similar to the new HUGE towel rail! We shall see...
