This will make my Lakers better on the defensive end and not have to worry about an expiring contract with Odom, cause they got to resign Bynum and Farmar and Ariza. And Detroit will have a big expiring contract that they can deal.

it's a decent trade, problem is, detroit would only agree if odom signs a long term deal. because he has 1 year left and he can bolt after that ends. if the pistons do this trade, it would be a sign and trade.

i doubt the lakers want to do anything or need to do anything. this was odoms first experience in the finals im sure he learned a few things.tayshaun is one of the younger players on detroit and they would most likely not part with him.
