  2. Hi there.

I know these apartments. I sold them many many times over the last few years as a travel agent, I am (sadly) now retired.

It was one of those accomodations I knew I could sell and reccommend with an easy mind- I never had a single complaint.

That said, you must realise that they are up a hill so totally unsuitable for anyone with mobility problems or breathing difficulties.

The apts are very clean and they have everything on site you could want for your holiday. If I remember rightly, they can be bought on either a self catering or an all inclusive basis. All of the clients I sent there were very happy indeed and it had many repeat bookings too.

I don't think you've got anything to worry about here. Thomson Holidays sell them in UK and their reps are on hand to help you with any difficulties (not that I'd expect any)

There are 3 pools, (1 pool per accomodation block) all are clean and well maintained They are not high rise, but if you can, try and request a top floor apt because if you're on the ground floor you will hear noise from above you :-)

I also think I'm right in saying that they have been fairly recently refurbished, so I am sure you will be absolutley fine.

I can also confirm that management at Cinco Plaza are excellent and if you do have any special requests, e-mail them with your details of when you're travelling and they always do their best to accomodate if they can.
