Laptop Running WIthout Add-Ons?

Question

for the past 3 weeks my laptop has been running without add ons which means i can watch youtube videos..listen to music etc. i tryed everything the computer said like 1.Exit Browsers and Reopen Windows For Add Ons To Be Enabled <<That Didnt Work

2. Go To Tools And Click Manage Add Ons <<The Selection is gray and i cant selected it so i dont know wut to do i wanna turn add ons on I Even went to Control Panel-Internet Options-Programs-and Manage Add Ons And It Says There All Enabled! PLZ HElP
