Laptop print screen ?

hi, i cant seem to print screen on my laptop (prt sc) ...

i only since had it,

its say's on one key 'insert' then little box underneeth on same key 'prt sc' which obviously means print screen ..... help lol x

you have to hold down the FN key and press it

Fn is bottom left hand side
