Last year my wife and I bought a new Dirt Devil Reaction All Surface vaccuum cleaner to replace the older Platinum Force. After using it a couple of times the new one gets clogged with dog hair easily and shuts down. I cleaned it out completely including the hepa filter but it will not handle the dog hair. The old one never had a problem and still works. We went back to using the old vaccuum cleaner because we can not find the receipt and had not registered the new one and are stuck with a new 179.00 vaccuum cleaner that won't stay running.
