If someone learned english in a european schoolthe other main language is greek or deutch or french spanish, i choosed greek), i mean, learn english by chooising english like second language,(only 5 hr of english ) every weak,I am talking about school, and last years 7-8 hours or maybe more english every week, is it ok if when we finidh school we go live in USA, and maube become singer, or other, or we will be loser in english or like a guy who was ina main english class in all he's school life???

Generally speaking (at least in my experience) Americans love European immigrants.  Some with have trouble with accents, but most people are pretty patient with Europeans on that score.  I can't speak to you becoming a singer.  It's very competetive, but I doubt your accent would be an issue.  Your English is understandable, but still pretty weak.  If you lived in an English speaking country for a year or so, though, I imagine it would all come together for you.  Good luck to you!

My husband took english in high school in Russia, then got a degree in both Russian and English in college.

He has an accent - sometimes so thick people who don't know him don't understand him.

He had great grammer and can spell really well.  I don't know if it's just the way his mind works or what, cause his cousin can't spell worth c**p.

I would say that you would need to move to an english speaking country for a little while.

He did all that schooling and still when he came here he had a hard time understanding because we speak so fast and so much slang (improper english).

If you can get some real world experience practicing with people who actually speak English you will get much better very quickly.

And as far as singing, there are plenty of "american" bands who have singers who are from other countries and have accents.  And they are popular.
