Leather Band

Question

I just have a simple Kenneth Cole brown watch and love it. The problem is that both brown "bands" that hold the strap in place have been worn away and ripped. How can I replace these?? For what it's worth, these are the serial numbers on the back of my watch: v364 p93-05 kc1233

Any guidance is helpful.
