What is the best Lebanese dish?

I know this isn't a main course but I love tabouleh. A friend of mine used to make it from scratch when we lived in New England and it was so good!

falafels & fatoosh!  stuffed grape leaves & kibbe are awesome.

Lebanese have the best food in the world so to ask the best Lebanese dish, I would say almost ALL of them. :)

Some of my faves:

-Stuffed grapes leaves/zuchinni/cabbage

-Yahkne (green beans, peas/carrots, okra, white beans, whatever I would eat them all!)

-Mlukkyieh (some kind of greens and chicken stew with beans and rice pilaf)

-Lentils and carmelized onion MMM

-Kibbeh - Potato kibbeh (baked in oven), tomato kibbeh, regular kibbeh, all kibbeh LOL

-Chicken stew made with bulgur,allspice, etc and the chicken is shredded, I forget the name

-Manaiesh Bi zaa'tar

My favorate meal is Kabab koobideh (miced meat kababs)and Koubz with Za'atar.

I love Shawerma but I don't know if that is particularly lebanese.
