I love crispy food so i like lechon kawali more than Crispy pata. pork's skin in lechon kawali is so crunchy and crispy, while most crispy pata are 'makunat'.

Although both are really cardiac delights, but if I have a choice, it would be lechon kawali. Especially if it has just the right amount crispiness & then I always have 2 different kinds of dippings sauces.
