I was browsing TPB and this E-N1gg3r uploaded some nude kiddy pics and in the info box he says its legal to download because there is no penetration.Im almost certain that this ***** is lying and I wish that TPB would delete this ****, but I realize that limewire is way more polluted with this garbage.So is it true that this is legal and if not then what can I do help get rid of this ****.BTW people should stop putting this c**p on 7chan or limewire

Nudity is not illegal only lewd acts which could suggest or show sexuality can be prosecuted.

How disgusting, first of all if there is any sexual acts in the video which a minor under 18 it's considered child pornography and illegal.
