Lemons and Cheyenne pepper?

i read that lemons and Cheyenne pepper in water is good for you so i tried it and i really liked it why is this good for you? and can you do it every morning or sparingly? side effects?

  1. Lemon and Cheyenne are so good for you for lots of reasons. If you add a little pure maple syrup to that it is even better and makes a nice natural lemon aid. This helps to make your system alkaline so it's not so acidic. It's great to have every day if you want it.

    Other than that...no health benefits. No harm.

  4. it is good for sore throats and loosing weight. it would be good for circulation too. it doesn't say you can't do it everyday but make sure you eat with that.

  5. I'm assuming you're talking about a detox plan called the "Master's Cleanse" or the Lemonade Cleanse.

    This is basically where you eat nothing for up to 40 days and nights, (according to the book,) and drink nothing but a mixture of fresh lemon juice, a pinch of cayenne pepper and real maple syrup.  Supposedly this will flush toxins from your body and leave you feeling better than ever before!

    I tried it and felt like I was getting the flu until I ate something.  I am not a big fan of starvation detoxes and that's what this is.  If you want more info on it, google "Master's Cleanse."  You should get more info.  Also, ask your local health food store if they carry the book.
