Letter from Yahoo Finance?

All I want is a live person to talk to. It seems I have to go through this just to get even a partial answer. I got a letter from Yahoo Finance cancelling my Bill Pay membership with them. I do not remember ever going to Yahoo Finance much less signing up for that user group. I am very concerned that someone is using my ID. WILL A LIVE PERSON PLEASE CONTACT ME!!!! Thanks! Threnodyds

Bill Pay is not a user group. It is a feature offered by Yahoo! for paying bills online. It is offered by Yahoo! Finance, but you can sign up for it on other Yahoo! services. Yahoo! is going to stop offering that service and is notifying all its customers via email that it will not be available in the future.
