License? Help?

Ok, So I'm trying for my license tomorrow, and I took drivers ed, but I don't remember some stuff so maybe you can help me? I live in South Carolina so it may be different.

So, when you back up 100-feet do you put 2 wheels, on the grass, and two wheels on the road? Or all Four on the road.

And, when you over night park if it is falt no curve, all wheels on the grass and wheels to the right?

Well if you told me the whole over night paking thing that would be great too, cause Im not sure which one Im gonna have.
