Life vest for all ages?

would u wear one if you had trouble swimming yes or no?

Good swimmer or not, I always wear one in a boat.  You can be an olympic class swimmer, but if you get into an accident and hit your head, you can drown.

If you are talking about in a pool, something to bear in mind is that life vests are designed to keep your head out of the water, so that you can breath if you are unconscious (see boat accident above).  That can make it hard to swim.

They make "boards" that float that are designed for swimming; I think they are called "kick boards".  Some pools have them, either for kids or for adults in execise classes, etc.  That's the good part about something like this - you can pass it off as something you do for the exercise.

It may seem kidy but its for your protection and it can save your life. So yes i would wear it untill i can swim well.
