Lima for a day?

I have a 1 day layover in Lima next week. Besides visiting the plaza de armas and mirflores, is there any other must-see suggestions?

The shrunken head of Mildulva.  This is the actual skull of a princess of the 18th century who caught having s*x with a palace guard.

The National Museum (Museo de la Nación) on the corner of Av. Javier Prado and Aviación. There you have a summary of a big portion Peruvian history.

Another idea, the zoo. Remember Peru has species you will not see anywhere else in the world.
