LimeWire only stays at 1 bar.?

My LimeWire recently has not been working. The connection only goes up to one bar. LimeWire says that it detected a FireWall. So I went to my FireWall, to set LimeWire as an exception, but it was already an exception, so that's not it. How can I get my bars up? Help!

Maybe your internet is slow?

There is ether a network firewall or the network uses a server that blocks off the LimeWire server. Also if you you are using a PC you might have multiple firewalls the windows defender and any additional security software.
