Limewire/windows media player help?!?!???

Question

so i have downloaded a bnch of songs off of lime wire and i want to burn them , but i have to get them into windows media player first. usually it does it by itself but my computer wont so how do i get my downloaded songs into my library?

Are they adapted for mediaplayer or quicktime?

I always just open both programs and drag the songs to the tab at the bottom for media player and it will open that window then drop the song onto the burn section.
