Lincoln Earth Tremor ?

Question

Did anyone experience a small earth tremor in Lincoln and/or surrounding area at approx. 12.55 am (early hours of Wednesday 27th February) ?

It was well weird !

It was all over - I'm in Leeds, and I felt as though someone was vigourously shaking the sofa I was sat on!

In Norfolk felt it too very weird and unnerving with it.

I thought I felt something at 1 am. All the floorboards creaked in the house and I thought I felt my computer chair vibrate. I am in the midlands near Birmingham.

HI,

Yes suprisingly enough both my wife and i felt it here in Bolton, Lancashire.

I've been on the net trying to find info on it, it was reasonably strong here only lasted about 1.5 seconds if that. I found this link with info of it's origon.

Yes - woke me, my husband and little girl.  12.58am.  I'm in Lincoln.  It lasted about 10-15 secs.  Thought a lorry had crashed into the house at first!!!

Yes, i felt it, but the wife and kids slept through it lol. Bed shook, and could hear a long rumble fade away slowly.

OMG - did I!  I live in Worksop and it woke me up, my bedroom door was shaking and so was the bed. I can't sleep I'm so bloody frightened!  Thank god someone else felt it, I was starting to think the house was haunted!  Be still my heart lol.

Yes I did it woke me up and was really frightening . . . . my whole house was shaking . . . . . I didn't understand what was happening and was here alone!!!
