how do i get a firmware update i hagve linksys wireless n wrt150n i am having problems when i use it to play xbox i lagg like crazy when i dont im fine

Check your connection speed (use http://www.speedtest.net and test to the site nearest the game server you're using).  If your ping time is large, or your connection speed is low, that's what's causing your lag, and there's nothing you can do about it (some internet paths are sometimes slow, and that's just the way it is).

It also might be due to the fact that the particular game you're playing requires that you forward ports on the router to your X-Box.  Use http://www.portforward.com/english/route... to find out (select the game, or XBox 360 Media Center or Xbox Live 360 to get instructions).

Firmware doesn't help your lag. It is probably because your are at a far distance between the XBOX and the LINKSYS Router
