Livescan Background reports?

Question

I took a livescan 30 days ago and it still hasn't come back yet. Every time I let them run a background check on me it takes up to a month for the information to clear, when other people only take 3 days to a week. I have no felony's only minor crimes but yet still it takes much too long. What can I do to speed up the process or who to call for questions and complaints.

It depends in great part as to work load at the other end, who is receiving your prints and the quality of the prints taken. I use Live Scan everyday. Sometimes they are literally back in minutes, other times days and weeks.
