Living with a schitzophrenic!!!!?

My brother is a schitzophrenic. Hes 29, unemployed and lives with us. He constantly playes mind games. He follows me around ALL day long, intentionally irritates me to the point I want to hit him( I NEVER would do that), I almost hate him sometimes. Help me!!! How do I deal with this!!!!!
