Local Area Connection Disable Randomly Itself

Question

Dear Expert,

There is an issue with some PC's NIC in our workstation that LAN gets disable itself and you have to go physically to the users computer to enable it.

I have tried some solution like unchecking the power option from power management in NIC properties and other stuff like this.... but no result..

Please help out!!!!
