Logitech QuickCam Communicate Deluxe

Question

When I install Logitech QuickCam Deluxe it get an error message related to the Mic only which says "Device not configured correctly [Code 1] and then no Mic is recognised. The camer works fine. I am useing Windows XP Home SP2 and have a Logitech MX 3200 Keyboard and Mouse combo installed.
I also get another message that states "Configuration information (in registry) is incomplete or damaged [Code 19].
Any help you can give me on this would be greatly appreciated before I give up and take it back.
