  2. It's not cockney at all, she's rather well spoken, and it's kind of hard to tell you where she's from since I'm not an expert.

No, that's definitely not a cockney accent.  It sounds like a young woman, possibly a girl, from an educated and probably upper middle-class background.  I would have said that it's from South-East England, maybe Kent/Surrey/Sussex/Hampshire, but the accent says more about the class of the speaker rather than her area of origin.

  6. Actually my guess would be that she's not originally English - it's a little TOO posh and correct - I'd say a girl from East Asia with a an almost perfect cut-glass upper class accent.
