Looking for Some advice...?

I have been out of college six years and have been working in retail as a manager since that time. I am looking to get out of the "stores" and into Human Resources. Graduate school seems to be the obvious choice. Any other suggestions? Is it worth all the time and money?

You’re talking about within your current organization or a new one?

If it’s the same company, why not contact someone in human resources to find out what they expect? Or wait for a posting for the sort of job you want that will list qualifications.

As for outside companies, research job postings and see what they look for.
