Looking for a good beginner wakeboard?

My brother and I are looking at buying a wakeboard to learn how to wakeboard. Is their a good beginner board and if so which one. Also I'm 170 lbs what size should I get? and is their a god place online to buy one at?

  1. Based on your weight you should be on a 134-135cm board.  I would suggest any of the top brands as they all have beginner boards available; CWB, Hyperlite, Liquid force, O'Brien, etc.  Once you've selected a board I would just google it and compare prices, a lot of place will offer free shipping on purchases over $100-$200.  I would shop a little before buying online though, I just bought my second board and I found the best price online and took a couple print outs with me into d**k's Sporting Goods (in case they were more expensive I was going to ask for price match) but it ended up being cheaper in the store and I got to take it right home.
