  1. Golf GTI, for sure you won't regret it. It looks amazing, it has good milage, its front wheel drive (for winter), its fast, its everything you would want.

Although the r32 is faster, the GTI is a muchhhh muchhh better value for money, you get alot more in that much than paying extra for a r32. Even if I had a choice between the 2 and someone was paying for it I would get the GTI.

Just buy it, in red. Then drive it. Dont mod it at ALL. Its a perfect car for a teen.

  2. I'm with everyone else here...

    Get a VW

My 2002 1.8 Turbo Jetta is, "Throw you into the back of your seat" quick. Also handles nicely and it lasted through a winter in Lake Tahoe, Ca. without any huge antic's (like getting stuck in snowbanks).

You should also look into a Diesel Golf... Very reliable, fuel efficient, cheap and decently quick.

  3. Here's few choices that can stand up to the Grand Prix or G6 for that matter.

    Mazda 3

    Chevy Cobalt

    Subaru impreza

    Chevy Camero

Nissan 350Z - Not as reliable as others.

I am not going to mention Mustang in my list due to reliability problems. Besides aG6 can beat the Mustang with a decent driver.

I actually love Pontiacs. The Grand Prix is a decent car anyway. You sure you don't want to get your own ?

  4. get a VW they can be cheap, fast, and are just dirty. go for a GTI, i mean if u have the money, an r32 but thats expensive, and for $600 you can make a GTI faster than an r32 (almost)

  5. I say 2000ish honda Accord v6  or Honda Civic si, there reliable, fast and I think there hot cars

  6. Depends what you want.

I've driven a Nissan Maxima for 12 years and it is a solidly built car.

I have had both a Ford Tarus and a Chevy Impala as work cars and they are great in bad weather--I drive a lot in  the winter so I should know. They are both sturdy and seemingly are worth taking a chance on as used cars.

  7. Try an Impreza or better yet: an R32

  8. Craigslist.org

You can find any kind of car on there and people usually post what the cars like.
