Looking for a good tablet!?

Question

I want one about the size of a piece of paper, not the screen, but the whole thing, and it has to have kind of a desktop sort of thing where I can like open up an application by touching it with a stylus and write notes, I would also like to draw on it, I am 14, and pretty smart, and good with computers. I have around 200 to 300 to spend, I know Wacom is good, etc. But what is it like when you turn it on? What are your experiences?

i might sugget the nokia internet tablet , but if not than a pocket pc would be good for you
