Looking for a "cookie" recipe I had. It was served with "pink tea" and they called them "salty cookie" It had some type of black seeds on top.

KHATAI COOKIES

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups White Flour

1/4 cup Sugar, to taste

1 tsp salt, to taste

3/4 cup Corn Oil

1 tablespoon crushed Cardamom

Black sesame seeds

Direction:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the white flour with the sugar, salt and crushed cardamom. Next, add the corn oil and mix well. Make the dough into two inch round balls and put them on a cookie sheet and bake for 15min, or until lightly browned. Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top of the cookies while they are still hot.
