Looking for student accomodation in Toronto?

I'm a student and will start school in September, I'm not sure how to find a good place in Toronto off campus to live, both close to the U of T campus (St George, Victoria College) and also with an affordable price, I'd rather sahre it with another female, what region of the city should I be looking for? And also what are some good sources for finding accomodation?

From here you should be able to search for housing in the area you want, including shared accommodations.
