I used this national company & had no problems.  Their prices were cheaper than local vendors, but I did have to pay my caterers extra to put them on the chair & then rebox them at the end of the night.  I also had to make sure someone was able to get them sent back to the company since I was on the honeymoon.

Usually any place that rents out party equipment (tables, chairs, ect..) will have them. Check it out in your phone book or online.
