Ok, I currently am 5'4" and 20lbs, i want to try and get in shape and lose 5lbs in the next two weeks. How should i go about doing this? I also just started hatha yoga today with a dvd by yoga journal. Will this help me? Wut else should i do. I am mainly trying to lose weight in the thighsand make them slimmer. How do i do this?:D
