Lose weight but no muscles ? ?

I want to lose weight but i do NOT want to gain muscle .. how do i do dat ? I m a girl .. n i have like lil lil muscle .. n i dunno y but it makes me feel sooo .. man-ly man-ly ( if dere is a word like that ) and yea i m slightly overweight .. so how do i lose weight and NOT get muscles ?

Any simple method will help

  1. muscles are s**y, just losing weight is unhealthy.

    having muscles doesn't make you manly, unless you are a body builder, then it goes a little too far.


  2. a good answer to ur question is that u need to do cardio workouts, they will deplete ur extra fat but they do not build muscle like other exercises, do things like jump rope and jumping jacks they will get u skinnier without muscle growth.                                                                                                                                                  i wish u all sorts of luck!
