Im 16, 5'10 220lbs. Im not active, eat plenty of bad food (chips, cookies, pop) and have a tendance to eat fairly late (an hour or two before i go to bed).
Lately i've started running 20 minutes a day and have stopped eating the majority of the junk food, no pop, chips or anything like that. But, before i started this i looked at similar questions on losing wieght and the best way to approach it so that the weight stays off (most people said 3-4lbs a month is a good amount). In my first week i've lost 5lbs.
Is this just because its my first week? or am i losing wieght to fast and i will just gain it back sooner or later? or is this a normal amount to lose in a week?
