Loss hard disc capacity

Question

im using new hard disc WD 160G for notebook. everything normal, until one month later, capacity on my hard disc reduce from 149G to 128G. i try detect if unallocated partition exist using Acronis Partition Expert 2003. but its said,my hard drive just have 128G capacity. what should i do to get 22G capacity back??
