I am starting the GI Diet on Saturday, just ordered all of my food & created a diet plan with Tesco Diets help!!

Any success stories would be very appreciated.

I have just been diagnosed with PCOS - Polycystic Ovary Syndrome & I have been told that this type of diet would be more suitable as my husband & me are trying to conceive. I am about 12 stone 4 & I am only 5 foot 2 but I am also on steriods for another condidtion called Addisons Disease

Obviously I am exercising 5 times per week.
